This extraordinary pilgrimage of communion with the originating mystery of Peru’s shamanic healing traditions is designed to awaken a visionary re-Membering at the soul level within each participant. This is an opportunity to experience shamanism as a universal vocation.  As we walk upon footpaths through ancestrally venerated mountain peaks, fertile river valleys and labyrinthine pre-Columbian temple passageways, our hearts become refined in purpose and our bodies strengthen in resolve. Gracefully guided by the ceremonial mastery and musical healing gifts that have continued to sustain the co-creation our shamanic arts since time immemorial, we deepen our love and reverence for the Great Sacred Hoop of Life—we have returned to the Source!

Sharing in their long history of friendship and ceremonial collaboration, this journey provides all participants with an extraordinary opportunity to simultaneously apprentice with respected kamasqa curandero Don Oscar Miro-Quesada Solevo (www.mesaworks.com) and famed sound healer and ceremonial musician Tito La Rosa. Meticulously designed to ensure the heartfelt transmission of Peru’s ancestral shamanic lineage to earnest aspirants of the Great Work, this exemplary pilgrimage includes a four-day hiking/camping adventure in the Cordillera Blanca mountain range, home to majestic Apu Huascaran and the breathtaking Callejon de Huaylas. This privately arranged sojourn through the sacred natural landscape of Peru’s Central Andes includes an expert English-speaking trail guide, gourmet chef and porters hired from local villages. These dedicated individuals not only carry all of our camp gear, pitch our tents and tend to our fires; most importantly they inspire deep hope and altruism inherent in the capacity of our human spirit. We shall explore famed pre-Inka temple sites, re-enact earth honoring ritual practices, engage in shamanic healing sessions upon hallowed ground, and bathe in the warmth and hospitality local traditional people that inhabit the remote villages and hamlets scattered along the way.

Don Oscar Miro-Quesada has been guiding exemplary cross-cultural shamanic apprenticeship pilgrimages to sacred sites of the world since 1986. TOTAL COST $2,944 including: all land transportation in exclusive private bus with bathroom, daily meals, deluxe lodging accommodations, complete trekking and camping equipment (except your Personal Sleeping Bags), campsite cook and trail porters, local English-speaking guides, first time entry fee to museums and temple sites listed in itinerary, “sanpedrito” ritual at Chavin de Huantar, and stipend for teachings and ceremonial services by Tito La Rosa and Don Oscar Miro-Quesada.
